Position: On-Site Bookkeeper at Conteco Manufacturing
Conteco Manufacturing is hiring an On-Site Bookkeeper to manage financial workflows and support operational excellence. This critical role demands detail-oriented skills and expertise in financial records management.

As a Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant, your responsibilities will include processing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and executing payroll duties.

Experience with Sage Accounting Pro and familiarity with shipping logistics will be beneficial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record accounts payable, receivable, and journal entries

• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions

• Process payroll while ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Maintain efficient financial record-keeping systems

• Coordinate logistics for inventory and customs documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Proficient in Sage 50 Accounting Pro software

• Solid understanding of financial processes and reconciliations

• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail

• Capacity to work on-site in a production environment
