Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed damage appraisals and estimates

• Assist customers throughout the repair process

• Communicate updates to customers and insurance agents

• Collaborate with team members to align on repair plans

• Participate in daily production walks and training sessions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education

• At least 1-year experience in a related role

• Familiarity with Mitchell and Audatex systems

• Proficient in using scheduling tools

• Ability to handle multi-tasking in busy environments
