Reporting to the Service Manager, this Assistant Service Manager supports daily Service Department operations and Service Advisors. The position assists with appointments, follow-up communication, service processes, and customer concerns. It also works with customers, technicians, and dealership leadership to support efficient operations.

• Assist the Service Manager with daily department operations
• Support advisors with customer interactions and appointments
• Coordinate reminders, recalls, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate service records and reporting

• Minimum five years in an automotive service environment
• Understanding of vehicle mechanics and service operations
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
