Account Manager, Small Business – TD
Location: Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Business Line: Personal & Commercial Banking
Pay Range: $65,600 – $98,400 CAD
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced relationship manager to focus on small business clients, delivering a legendary customer experience and driving profitable growth. The role includes building and expanding existing relationships, providing tailored advice, and collaborating across the bank to support our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Build, maintain and expand customer relationships within the community, networking with local business leaders to develop strong centers of influence.
- Build relationships with small business customers by understanding their needs and providing customized information and advice.
- Liaise with Internal Branch Banking network, Commercial Banking Centers, and Wealth partners to provide holistic advice and resources.
- Stay current on emerging trends and grow knowledge of business tools and techniques; share knowledge within the team.
- Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes quality, innovation and teamwork, and ensure timely communication of issues.
- University degree and/or relevant entry level work experience;
Accounting/Finance coursework an asset. - Ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and acquire new clients.
- Excellent business development and prospecting skills to build valuable centers of influence within the local business community and retail branches.
- A dynamic professional with a positive attitude and strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
