We are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Estimator to join our team at our Main Office in Maple Ridge, BC. Reporting to the Chief Estimator, the Mechanical Project Estimator will provide support to the estimating team by producing complete materials and labour estimates for projects.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Review project drawings and specifications with the intent to comprehend the mechanical scope of each project clearly and comprehensively.
- Identify and finish incomplete hydronic and plumbing piping scope on mechanical drawings.
- Utilize on‑screen takeoff software to create a comprehensive materials and labour estimate.
- Maintain an estimating database.
- Prepare estimating data reports.
- Prepare tender submission documents as required.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Must be legally entitled to work full‑time hours in Canada.
- Previous experience as a Plumber Apprentice is preferred.
- Holding a Red Seal Certification in Plumbing is considered a strong asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an estimator in Mechanical Projects.
- Formal education in Estimating or Mechanical Design is an asset.
- Proficiency in construction software – specifically Quotesoft, Blue Beam and Revizto is considered a strong asset.

Compensation: $89,000 to $120,000/year + 5%
RRSP + Employer‑paid Extended Health & Dental benefits package + Life Insurance + LTD + AD&D.
