Step up to lead underground utility teams as a Foreman specializing in civil construction. Drive essential projects, managing delivery with safety and quality in mind.

We are looking for an experienced Foreman with over 5 years in civil underground utility construction.

Your role involves supervising crews, planning installations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for effectively coordinating with project management and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise underground utility crew activities and operations

• Plan and organize water and sewer service installations

• Interpret construction drawings and utility locates

• Manage safety compliance and site documentation

• Train and mentor crew members on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant underground utility experience

• Experience in a leadership role within construction

• Knowledge of trench safety and excavation practices

• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure

• Valid driver’s license is required
