Asphalt Paving Superintendent

Position: Asphalt Paving Superintendent at Amrize
Lead Asphalt Paving operations with Amrize as a Paving Superintendent. Drive project success by coordinating crews and ensuring compliance with safety and budget standards.

As the Paving Superintendent, you will oversee daily field operations, manage subcontractors, and deliver timely revenue information to accounting. This senior role requires strong leadership to coach your team while developing operational capabilities to enhance profitability. You will collaborate with clients and vendors to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project contracts and organize crew schedules

• Lay out traffic control plans with subcontractors

• Attend project meetings to ensure specifications adherence

• Consult stakeholders on estimates and contract management

• Supervise subcontractor activities and ensure safety compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of paving-related experience

• Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Certifications in Asphalt Laydown or Production is a plus
