As a Construction Estimator, you will conduct detailed reviews of plans and specifications, prepare quantity takeoffs, and evaluate supplier quotations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to liaise with clients and present estimates effectively. This position allows you to influence various civil projects, ensuring they meet both budgetary and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and specifications accurately

• Prepare detailed and digital quantity takeoffs

• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations efficiently

• Attend site visits for project assessment

• Present cost estimates and associated risks to management

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in civil construction estimating

• Strong understanding of specifications and construction contracts

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Strong math proficiency and computer skills

• Valid Drivers License needed
