Position: Estimator and Project Manager Role
Join Volker Stevin's dynamic team as a Project Manager/Estimator. Take charge of constructing safe, efficient projects while building accurate cost models and schedules across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.

In this vital role, you will oversee the execution of various construction initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined objectives. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders—clients, subcontractors, and field teams—to drive project success. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential as you support smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-disciplinary construction projects efficiently

• Create and track project schedules and budgets

• Manage procurement and subcontractor activities

• Establish project procedures aligned with contracts

• Assess project conditions through on-site inspections

Requirements:

• Preferably experienced in Heavy Civil Construction

• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in relevant disciplines

• Proficient in project management and estimating software

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license
