Join Beedie as a Construction Safety Officer and significantly contribute to maintaining safety compliance across multiple job sites in the Metro Vancouver area. Your focus will drive a culture of shared safety responsibility.

Beedie is seeking dedicated Construction Safety Officers to ensure high standards in safety management within Residential Construction. Ideal candidates will possess a CSO or NCSO designation and thrive in assessing risks and incidents while promoting a proactive safety mindset. You will facilitate inspections and conduct safety meetings, ensuring all workers comply with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Beedie's HS&E programs on job sites

• Conduct risk assessments and prepare safety plans

• Report all accidents and incidents accurately

• Facilitate site inspections and corrective actions

• Monitor compliance of safety standards among teams

Requirements:

• CSO or NCSO designation required

• 2+ years of Health and Safety experience

• Work Safe BC Advanced First Aid required

• Proficient in Work Safe BC regulations

• Excellent communication abilities
