At Jim Dent Construction, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee field operations at our major heavy civil project. Your expertise will drive the coordination of site teams and ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery with risk management

• Ensure projects adhere to safety, regulatory, and quality standards

• Build and manage client relationships for satisfaction

• Lead and motivate field teams to meet project goals

• Manage project financials, forecasts, and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years managing heavy civil construction projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience with BC Hydro projects is a plus

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
