We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Superintendent with at least 10 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, detailed organization skills, and proficiency in modern technologies. You will oversee project scopes, ensure compliance with health and safety policies, and coordinate site operations daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the site construction team

• Develop project schedules with the Project Manager

• Enforce health and safety policies on-site

• Order materials as per installation requirements

• Monitor project progress against the schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in mechanical construction

• Red Seal Certification required

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto Desk considered an asset

• Canadian experience as a Superintendent mandatory
