Hybrid Construction Estimator

Elevate your estimating skills with a hybrid Construction Estimator role in Maple Ridge, BC. Engage directly with clients and oversee detailed project estimates, both from home and in person.

This full-time, permanent position will allow you to prepare estimates for labor and materials while utilizing advanced software like AutoCAD and MS Project. You will also conduct feasibility studies and project cash flow, ensuring accurate bids and reports for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for labor and material costs

• Operate CADD and relevant software systems

• Project cash flow and financing requirements

• Liaise with engineers and architects on cost adjustments

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Requirements:

• CADD course completion

• Experience in residential construction projects

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Acomba, and MS Excel

• Own transportation and valid driver's license

• Permanent or temporary resident work authorization
