NOTE:
Part time role, Minimum of 18.75 hours per week, Candidates should be flexible to work within branch hours and available for 3-5 days per week.
This role requires availability from Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities- Identifies customer needs and initiates referrals to BMO colleagues.
- Supports customer requests for banking services, including handling transactions and customer inquiries.
- Welcomes customers warmly and meets their banking service and transactional needs with seamless execution.
- Offers advice and guidance on available digital and self-serve options
