Early Shift Station Attendant West Coast Express

Start your day early as a Station Attendant with Commissionaires BC on the West Coast Express line. Provide exceptional customer support and ensure station safety across several locations.

This casual position covers shifts between 5:00 AM and 9:30 AM at stations from Mission to Maple Meadows. As a Station Attendant, you'll greet customers, manage lost items, conduct fare checks, and lead in emergencies.

Your role is critical in ensuring safe travel for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to the public

• Assist passengers with service-related needs

• Execute fare validation and passenger counting

• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols at stations

• Report incidents and work with law enforcement

Requirements:

• Proficient communication in English

• Own vehicle for station travel

• Current Basic First Aid Certificate (OFA
1)

• Experience in public service preferred

• Calm demeanor in emergencies
