Less as a Customer-Focused Host dedicated to cleanliness and member service. Engage with members while maintaining high standards in a friendly and automated environment.

As a Host at Fit4

Less, you will ensure club cleanliness while providing exceptional service to both current members and prospective clients.

Your role entails welcoming members, assisting with memberships, and engaging with guests to promote amenities. You will also be expected to follow standard cleaning protocols to uphold Fit4

Less's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness according to standards and guidelines

• Interact warmly with guests during cleanliness tasks

• Promote black card amenities and memberships

• Document and report cleanliness and service issues

• Support management in escalation processes

Requirements:

• High School diploma or in progress

• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience

• Strong verbal and written communication

• WHMIS certification preferred

• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification required
