Join Coast Capital as a part-time Customer-Focused Member Services Representative in Pitt Meadows. Enhance member satisfaction and help build a better future for each person you assist.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for members at the Meadowtown Centre Branch. Your objective will be to deliver outstanding service by efficiently addressing member inquiries and exploring new opportunities for their financial journeys. By actively listening and engaging with members, you will help them navigate through the financial services we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members with a friendly approach

• Identify member needs through proactive conversations

• Inform members about online and mobile banking options

• Collaborate with other team members for optimal service

• Monitor for potential fraudulent activities

Requirements:
