In this position, you'll serve as the primary contact for patients, ensuring they remain engaged with their eye care through appointment scheduling and confirmation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial as you maintain patient records and foster relationships within our supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact patients about upcoming or overdue eye exams
• Schedule and confirm appointments promptly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
• Communicate positively with patients and team members
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
