Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome everyone to the studio with enthusiasm

• Present the OTF concept to interested clients

• Answer phones and assist members at the front desk

• Provide engaging studio tours for potential clients

• Collaborate with trainers during initial workouts

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in person and on paper

• Passion for fitness and helping others

• Ability to handle concerns professionally

• Willingness to participate in marketing events

• Experience in customer service is a plus
