Dental Receptionist

Position: Full Time Dental Receptionist
Full-Time Dental Receptionist Opportunity at New Era Dentist, Maple Ridge, BC.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a friendly, patient-centered environment. Candidate must be a (qualified) Dental Receptionist with 2+ years of dental receptionist experience working in Canada.

The position offers 4-5 days/week Tues - Sat (2 Saturdays/month). The clinic is open 8:00 - 3:00pm on Saturdays and is closed on long weekends.

The ideal candidate must be a team player, adaptable to our clinic processes, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner.

Scheduling and confirming appointments while managing patient flow.

Handling dental insurance billing and treatment coordination responsibilities.

Assisting with treatment planning and patient care discussions.

Maintaining patient records and ensuring data accuracy.

Managing phone calls and responding to patient inquiries.

Providing administrative support to the clinical team as needed.

Booking and maintaining treatment schedule.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience  as a qualified dental receptionist in Canada .

Experience with  Tracker Dental software  is an asset.

Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing processes.

Experience with treatment coordination and treatment planning.

Excellent communication skills and a great team-oriented attitude.

Ability to adapt to clinic processes and maintain efficiency in a busy environment.

Pay: $32.00-$34.00 per hour
