Position: OBGYN Opportunity in Community Hospital
Join a supportive team as a generalist OBGYN in Maple Ridge, BC. This role involves 6-7 home-call shifts monthly, primarily focused on maternity care.

We are seeking two skilled generalist OBGYNs for a community hospital in the Fraser Valley. The position offers extensive collaboration with family practice and midwifery teams, as well as opportunities to supervise UBC medical students. You can also participate in the medical education program to enhance future healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive maternity care and consultations

• Work closely with family practice and midwifery teams

• Supervise elective medical students from UBC

• Engage in the UBC medical education program

• Seek a clinical faculty appointment in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Requirements:

• Current full CPSBC license needed

• CMPA membership required

• Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC)

• USA ACOG board certification is acceptable
