This position can be full-time or part-time, focusing on admission and management of unattached patients as the Most Responsible Physician. Key Responsibilities:

• Admit and manage unattached patients as MRP

• Collaborate with inter-professional healthcare teams

• Provide supportive care for surgical and specialty patients

• Participate in clinical and non-clinical activities

• Engage in ongoing learning and CME activities

Requirements:

• Licensed with CPSBC or eligible for licensure

• Hospitalist experience preferred

• Membership in hospital medicine societies is an asset

• Strong clinical and communication skills required

• Commitment to quality improvement is vital
