We seek two OBGYN generalists dedicated to community health at a local hospital. Enjoy a balanced work schedule with 6-7 home call shifts monthly and engage in continuous quality improvement with a supportive team. Included is the opportunity to mentor medical students while exploring professional growth options. The area offers extensive trails and recreational activities for nature lovers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver primary and consultative maternity care
• Collaborate with midwifery and family practice teams
• Supervise elective medical students if desired
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Share practice resources with colleagues
Requirements:
• Eligible for ACOG board certification
• CMPA and CPSBC eligibility required
• Strong teamwork orientation and communication
• Commitment to community-focused healthcare
• Openness to mentorship and leadership roles
