Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored ESL instruction for HCA students

• Oversee students' laboratory and clinical experiences

• Develop lesson plans meeting Canadian Language Benchmarks

• Evaluate and report on student performance consistently

• Nurture an inclusive classroom culture fostering growth

Requirements:

• TESL Canada Professional Standard Two is necessary

• Experience teaching CLB levels 5 and higher

• University degree (BA) with methodology coursework

• Solid understanding of HCA-specific content

• Authentic desire to uplift and inspire students
