Position: Ridge Meadows College Academic Coordinator Role
Exciting opportunity with the Maple Ridge – Pitt Meadows School District as an Academic Services Coordinator. This part-time position focuses on administrative support and coordination for instructors and courses.

As the Academic Services Coordinator, you will report to the Manager of Ridge Meadows College, streamlining course schedules, assisting with instructor hiring, and managing the Learning Management System. You'll be involved in the development of academic resources and support quality assurance efforts to maintain high educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complete semester course schedules

• Provide primary administrative services to instructors

• Assist with instructor onboarding and training

• Update course content in the Learning Management System

• Coordinate student satisfaction surveys and evaluations

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in post-secondary education

• Completion of relevant post-secondary education

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and digital systems

• Capability to work independently and take initiative

Contribute to educational excellence while supporting instructors and students at Ridge Meadows College.
