ESL Teacher

Kinder cube is expanding in Maple Ridge and launching in-person ESL programs for children and adult learners.

We are looking for a passionate, engaging ESL teacher who enjoys working with diverse learners and is interested in helping build a structured ESL program.

What You’ll Do

Teach small group and/or private ESL lessons

Work with children (after school) and adults (evenings)

Help develop lesson plans and structured curriculum

Track student progress and communicate with families when needed

What We’re Looking For

TESL / TESOL certification

ESL teaching experience

Confident classroom management skills

Ability to adapt lessons to different levels

Comfortable teaching both children and adults

Experience with curriculum building or IELTS prep is an asset.

Schedule

Weekday afternoons and/or evenings

Flexible hours to start (8–15 hrs/week)

Ability to Commute/Relocate

Maple Ridge, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience

ESL/EAL Teaching: 2 years (preferred)

CLB/PBLA: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification

TESOL Certification (required)
