This continuing part-time position requires close collaboration with the Manager of Ridge Meadows College and Program Chairs. You will deliver complete course schedules, provide administrative services to instructors, and assist in hiring and training new faculty. Your expertise in academic resources will directly contribute to student satisfaction and program quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complete course schedules every semester
• Assist Program Chairs with hiring and training instructors
• Update learning management system with course content
• Oversee student feedback surveys and evaluations
• Facilitate academic research for new program development
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a teaching environment
• Post-secondary education in communications or administration
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and student information systems
• Knowledge of academic integrity and international students
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Drive excellence in academic services through effective coordination and administrative support.
