SD42 is seeking qualified French and French Immersion teachers for TTOC positions. Candidates should possess experience in French Immersion and demonstrate fluent oral and written proficiency in French.

This role offers a minimum of 90 shifts per school year, contributing to the dynamic educational environment of SD42.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate students in both French and French Immersion programs

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials for classes

• Assess and evaluate student progress in language skills

• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

• Collaborate in initiatives promoting bilingual education

Requirements:

• Experience teaching French Immersion

• Fluency in oral and written French

• Education degree with relevant coursework

• Eligibility for Teacher Regulation Branch membership

• Valid BC Teaching Certificate & TQS card
