Position: Coordinator for Academic Services at School District 42
Become an Academic Services Coordinator at School District No. 42, enhancing administrative efficiency and supporting program development at Ridge Meadows College. Focus on scheduling and instructor management in a part-time capacity.

You will report to the Manager and collaborate closely with Program Chairs to ensure smooth operations within the college’s academic framework.

Your role entails updating course materials, improving student experiences through evaluations, and supervising administrative processes outside regular hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate semester course schedules and room assignments

• Provide administrative support for instructors

• Manage updates within the Learning Management System

• Assist in instructor hiring and training procedures

• Compile reports and conduct evaluations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Grade 12 completion plus two years relevant post-secondary education

• Minimum two years in a teaching or educational environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• High-level computer literacy, especially in MS Office

• Familiarity with Moodle and educational best practices
