Join School District No. 42 as a Teachers Teaching On Call (TTOC) in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. This role requires a commitment to provide quality education and to work at least 90 shifts per year.
SD42 is committed to effective educational practices across its K-12 facilities. We are looking for skilled TTOCs who can teach various subjects and engage students of all backgrounds. Applicants should have a Bachelor of Education, relevant teaching experience, and hold a valid BC Teaching Certificate to qualify.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach diverse subjects across all educational levels
• Instill a love for learning in students
• Work collaboratively with other educators
• Implement tailored teaching strategies per student needs
• Ensure availability for 90 shifts during the school year
Requirements:
• Completion of a Bachelor of Education
• Recent teaching experience required
• Eligible for Teacher Regulation Branch membership
• Valid BC Teaching Certificate and TQS card
• Passion for student education and development
