Develop, review, and maintain requirement and design documentation for battery systems within our client’s application lifecycle management tool, Polarion
Coordinate, schedule, and conduct requirement assessments with cross-functional teams
Research, gather, and analyze system requirements from stakeholders
Act as a liaison between the design team and compliance specialists to ensure products meet regulatory requirements
Configure workflows and templates to enhance team productivity and project compliance
Support the development of system architecture and design
Effectively communicate and collaborate with various people across various division
Work alongside product designers for the integration of various systems, ensuring compatibility, efficiency, safety, and reliability across the entire product line
What you must have:
5-10 years of related industry experience
Preferred experience using requirement-tracking tools such as Polarion, Doors, Jama, etc
Engineering degree, diploma, or similar, preferably in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Systems Engineerin
Baseline understanding of vehicle electronics such as, controllers, circuit protection, power distribution modules, relays, sensors, and actuator
Knowledge of power electronics such as inverters, motors, converters, and contactor
Knowledge of vehicle wiring such as, low voltage wiring harnesses harness, wire sizing, high voltage cabling, and power distribution units
Knowledge of vehicle control logic and software
Knowledge of, and experience with, industry standards
Preferably knowledge of EV batteries and high voltage/high capacity battery systems
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong technical writing and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
Ability to understand system schematics and diagrams.
E.g. Mechanical, Hydraulic, Cooling, Electrical, Functional block diagram
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, timelines, and priorities
Salary/Rate Range
: $95,000.00 -$
