Responsibilities
  • Develop system- and component-level V&V plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria aligned with product requirements.
  • Maintain requirements traceability from specification through verification evidence
Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
  • Experience in verification & validation, test engineering, or reliability testing for electrified, industrial, or heavy-duty equipment.
  • Practical familiarity with:
    • High-voltage DC systems and electrical safety practices.
    • Vibration, environmental, and EMC testing methodologies.
    • Instrumentation, data acquisition, and troubleshooting of complex systems.
  • Understanding of functional safety principles for machinery, particularly ISO 13849 Performance Levels.
  • Ability to generate clear technical documentation and structured validation evidence
  • Experience with battery-electric vehicles, mining equipment, or off-road machinery.
  • Knowledge of functional safety standards and supporting frameworks (e.g., ISO
    13849, ISO 26262).
  • Familiarity with BMS, traction inverters, charging systems, HV interlock architecture, and insulation monitoring.
