Join Our Team as a Systems Designer at Epiroc!

Responsibilities:

• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering methodologies to support senior systems architects with analysis, development and maintenance of system designs for electrification products including battery packs, BMS, charging systems, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture.

Your profile:

• System schematics and diagrams.
  
  E.g. Mechanical, Hydraulic, Cooling, Electrical, Functional block diagrams
• Vehicle electronics such as controllers, circuit protection, power distribution modules, relays, sensors, and actuators.
• Programming logic and how it controls mechatronic systems.
• 2-3+ years of related industry experience.
• Domain experience in at least one discipline:
  Mechanical, Software, Electrical or Safety engineering.
• Engineering degree, diploma, or similar, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Experience using requirement-tracking tools (Polarion, Doors, Jama).
• Familiar with Model-Based Systems Engineering methodologies (Sysml v1.7, Magic Grid, Object Oriented Systems Engineering Method).
• Knowledge of, and experience with, applicable industry standards (ISO 13849, IEC 61508, etc…)
• Vehicle control logic and software.
• EV batteries and high voltage/high capacity battery systems.

Wage/salary for position: $95,912. CAD
