Electrical Systems Designer Position

Location: Pitt Meadows

This role requires at least two years of relevant design experience and a comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering principles. You will be responsible for the design and safety aspects of electrical systems, collaborating with teams globally. In addition, you will prepare technical documentation and identify opportunities for optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems for projects

• Collaborate with global teams for project alignment

• Prepare circuit diagrams, schematics, and reports

• Identify risks and optimize designs for safety

• Assist in testing and commissioning of systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications

• Understanding of IEC EN 61508 safety standards

• Experience with battery systems and communication protocols

• Proficient in simulation tools like MATLAB
