In this pivotal role, you will guide Senior Automation Managers and Automation Managers while overseeing the automation programs within JLL's managed facilities. Your focus will be on optimizing control systems, advancing technology, and fostering team development to improve equipment reliability and safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the automation program and technical initiatives
• Manage a team to exceed client objectives and safety standards
• Troubleshoot complex control system issues and resolve downtime
• Design and optimize PLC/PC controllers and SCADA platforms
• Develop and execute training plans to elevate technical skills
Requirements:
• 7+ years in PLC-controlled automation experience
• Expertise in industrial control systems and robotics
• Proven leadership in automation team management
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Flexible schedule availability for 24/7 support
Drive operational excellence and mentor future leaders in automation at JLL.
