Lead the charge in V&V processes as a Verification and Validations Specialist. Develop and implement validation plans onsite for next-gen industrial equipment.
This role requires a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering to ensure the integrity of product specifications. You will focus on maintaining traceability from requirements to verification evidence, leveraging your knowledge to support a pivotal R&D function. Embrace a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop system- and component-level V&V procedures

• Maintain traceability from specifications to verification evidence

• Collaborate in the creation of safety and reliability tests

• Generate clear technical documentation and validation reports

• Engage with teams on testing methodologies and standards
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering

• Background in verification and validation in heavy-duty sectors

• Understanding of high-voltage systems and safety practices

• Familiarity with ISO safety standards and testing methodologies

• Experience with mining or off-road machinery preferred
