Position: Verification Associate for Safety Functions

Join the forefront of engineering safety by becoming a Verification and Validations Associate focused on safety functions. This onsite role requires a passion for developing rigorous verification processes aligned with industry standards.

You will create and maintain detailed V&V plans and traceability documentation from specification to evidence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate safety functions to ISO 13849 standards, and support the development of DFMEA and PFMEA. Utilization of ALM tools like Polarion and Jama will be vital for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop critical validation plans and acceptance criteria

• Ensure requirements traceability from specification through validation

• Validate safety functions against ISO 13849 standards

• Conduct validation testing in dedicated EMC and environmental chambers

• Execute thorough failure investigations and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering disciplines

• Proven experience in test engineering or reliability testing

• High-voltage DC systems expertise and electrical safety practices

• Understanding of functional safety standards, especially ISO 13849

• Proficiency in generating clear technical documentation
