In this position, you will oversee automation engineering, ensuring compliance with safety and company protocols while leading a dedicated team. You'll design control systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve automated operations. Your strategic collaboration with operations teams will optimize material handling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the site technical expert on automation
• Mentor and develop team skills and objectives
• Design, build, and optimize automation control systems
• Oversee documentation and change management
• Provide troubleshooting and vendor coordination support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with PLCs and programming
• 2+ years working with robotics and automation
• Proven leadership in a technical environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
