Product Serviceability Lead

This position is responsible for ensuring the serviceability of existing products and new products released by Epiroc Electrification Solutions (EES).
Responsibilities- Own and maintain the EES service tool portfolio, including internal, co‑developed, and purchased tools.
- Coordinate development of service tools with engineering teams across divisions and external suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Parts and Service Division (PSD) on service strategies for current and future products, translating strategies into tangible tools and products for EES and PSD.
- Drive requirements for serviceability in new product development, including tools, manuals, documentation, and service intervals.
- Participate in design reviews, approve requirements, and act as stakeholder in projects.
- Align service tool roadmaps with product roadmaps from Global Technical Product Managers for both Battery and Infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field. Technical diplomas considered.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience (10+ preferred). Background in service, support, and diagnostics of industrial equipment is required; hands‑on experience is an asset.
- Experience delivering service or diagnostic software products.
- Strong understanding of key service principles such as OTA, predictive maintenance, digital twins, remote logging, and diagnostics.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Engineer, or Technical Program Manager.
- Experience with EV batteries and chargers is an asset, including knowledge of battery systems, BMS, high‑voltage architectures, and CAN‑based diagnostics (J1939, UDS).
- Software development experience is an asset but not essential.

- Team‑orientated and open to diverse backgrounds.

Wage/Salary: $95,912.00 - $
