As a Client Engagement Associate within Personal and Business Banking, you will answer questions, assist with transactions, and connect clients with appropriate team members. You will help clients manage accounts and products while supporting their financial goals. This temporary, fixed-term position requires full-time on-site work, flexible banking centre hours, and travel among nearby banking centres.
Key Responsibilities:- Help clients manage accounts and financial products
- Answer questions about everyday banking needs
- Assist clients with banking transactions
- Connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members
- Introduce mobile banking applications and technology
- Knowledge of financial services products
- Client-first approach to service interactions
- Problem-solving skills using listening and thoughtful questions
- Digital literacy for mobile banking applications
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and nearby banking centres
