Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate records into the corporate management system
• Ensure compliance with retention policies
• Recommend security access groups and retention schedules
• Conduct training sessions for department staff
• Manage records lifecycle and oversee archives transfer
Requirements:
• Grade 12 with a records management certificate
• Knowledge of information management principles
• Ability to execute training and create materials
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Class 5 Driver’s License valid in British Columbia
