Position: PRIME MNI Operator at City
Become a vital member of the Police Services team at the City of Maple Ridge as a PRIME MNI Operator. This full-time position focuses on record verification and maintenance within the Police Records Information Management Environment.

In this regular full-time role, you will verify entity information, maintain accurate records, and engage with community inquiries. Your expertise with police databases will assist in merging or separating records as necessary. The position offers the unique opportunity to exercise independent judgment while adhering to established policies, contributing to the efficiency of Police Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review voicemail and computerized records for accuracy

• Maintain and organize files, records, and reports

• Provide information to internal and external contacts

• Conduct self-audits and correct routine errors

• Handle phone inquiries from the public and agencies

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 with related training

• Strong knowledge of police records and procedures

• Ability to operate PRIME computer systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to obtain RCMP Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
