Clinical Practice Leader Speech Language Pathology

Lead Speech Language Pathology operations with Fraser Health in various locations, including Maple Ridge and Abbotsford. This casual role offers the chance to supervise staff and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

As a Clinical Practice Leader, you will manage day-to-day activities and provide services within Population & Public Health. With a Master’s degree and three years of experience, you will guide Speech Language Pathologists, ensuring they meet operational goals.

Your role includes scheduling, providing clinical guidance, and developing training programs for staff and community agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day speech pathology operations across regions

• Supervise and mentor Speech Language Pathologists and assistants

• Assess and plan treatment for clients in collaboration with teams

• Participate in interdisciplinary committees to advance public health goals

• Review and develop policies and quality standards for clinical practice

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Minimum three years of clinical experience, one in supervisory role

• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Experience conducting workshops on communication disorders
