Key Responsibilities:

• Identify eligible clients through case-finding techniques

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations

• Provide ongoing therapeutic counseling services

• Monitor client responses and adapt care plans

• Act as a resource for community support services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work

• Two years’ relevant clinical experience is required

• Full registration with the BC College is mandatory

• Strong skills in counseling and community engagement

• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments
