Position: Clinician for Mental Health and Substance Use
Become a valued member of Fraser Health as a Clinician specializing in Community Mental Health & Substance Use Services. We are looking for dedicated professionals with experience in therapy and crisis support.

As part of the Mental Health & Substance Use team, you'll provide essential support to clients facing mental health and substance use disorders. A Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent, along with two years of relevant experience, is essential. This role requires you to conduct assessments, deliver therapeutic interventions, and coordinate care with various community resources, ensuring clients receive the help they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide initial assessments and ongoing therapy to clients

• Engage families and support networks effectively

• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and agencies

• Maintain comprehensive client documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, or related field

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health

• Eligible for registration with a professional body

• Valid Class V driver's license for work-related travel

• Familiarity with mental health assessment techniques
