As an Optical Consultant, you will play an important role in helping patients look and see their best. You will guide patients through their eyewear journey by recommending frames and lenses, educating them on their options, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

• Assist patients in selecting frames that suit their lifestyle, prescription, and personal style
• Recommend lens options and coatings based on individual visual needs
• Take accurate measurements and process eyewear orders
• Perform frame adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to support a seamless patient experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical environment

• Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to being a supportive team member
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the eye care industry
• Previous experience in optical, retail, healthcare, or customer service is considered an asset
• Licensed Opticians are encouraged to apply

• Optical Consultant:$20.00 – $28.00 per hour
• Licensed Optician:$22.00 – $28.00 per hour

Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit within our team.
