Position: Occupational Therapist for Learning Services
Become an Occupational Therapist with School District No. 42, focusing on student skill development and participation in schools. Engage with diverse learners in an inclusive environment in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.

This role is a 0.8 FTE temporary position, starting September 1, 2026, until the incumbent returns or June 30, 2027. You will be vital in promoting students’ skills and addressing their physical, sensory, and cognitive needs through effective assessments and program planning. Collaboration with medical and educational staff is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote effective student participation

• Conduct assessments for diverse educational needs

• Plan and adapt programs and treatments

• Collaborate with specialized teams and community services

• Offer training and support to educational staff

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Registration or eligibility with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC
