Position: Full-Time Mental Health Worker

This position includes shift work and is essential for delivering compassionate support to residents in Assisted Living. The ideal candidate should bring motivation and the ability to foster independence and self-reliance among residents. Your responsibilities will include creating personalized care plans, monitoring progress, and administering medications safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities under supervision

• Develop individualized care plans based on needs

• Monitor residents' progress and document daily

• Role model life skills and promote independence

• Plan and implement social and recreational programs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Mental Health Worker Certificate from accredited institution

• 2 years of related experience in care settings

• Current First Aid/CPR Certification

• Valid Driver's License and TB immunization compliance
