In this critical role, you will support clients facing complex therapeutic issues while delivering specialized therapy for those in crisis. Your experience will ensure accurate assessments and the determination of care needs, fostering integrated services with other care providers in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized therapy and support for clients in crisis

• Administer thorough assessments and determine care needs

• Collaborate with care providers for integrated client services

• Facilitate community access to mental health resources

• Keep accurate clinical documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Two years’ direct experience in mental health

• Eligible for skilled association registration

• Valid Class V driver’s license with vehicle access

• Excellent assessment and de-escalation skills
