Fraser Health invites applications for a Relief Full Time Coordinator role responsible for managing clinical pharmacy services across designated sites. The position involves developing pharmacy programs, ensuring operational standards are met, and providing mentorship to pharmacists. You'll work closely with various healthcare professionals, emphasizing quality patient care and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate clinical pharmacy activities and distribution services

• Develop, implement, and review operational procedures

• Provide leadership to pharmacy staff and evaluate performance

• Organize staff schedules and manage training needs

• Consult on pharmacy-related clinical programs and practices

Requirements:

• Registered as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia

• Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency and 5 years of experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to foster teamwork and resolve conflicts
